Anyone who became a Michigan fan at the time that Bo arrived at Michigan came to love Bob Ufer every bit as much as Bo. Because of the limited television in those days, most Saturdays were spent listening to Bob Ufer broadcast the games over the radio. Ufer made you feel like you were at the game and was hugely responsible for the tremendous following of Michigan football fans. There will never be another Bob Ufer. God Bless
