CITY COULD SIGN BARCA STAR IN PLACE OF KANE

It has continued to look pretty much unlikely that Manchester City will still be able to sign Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane this summer. The England international striker was heavily linked with a move to Manchester City just before the end of the Premier League season after coming out publicly to insinuate that he wants to go to a club where he can win trophies from this summer. Since then, even though the rumors have gone quiet a little more than when they first popped up, he has constantly been tipped to seal the switch to the Etihad stadium.

Kane is not only seen as one of the best strikers in the Premier League, but he also makes the list as one of the best in the world, and if he joins City, every other club in the league could as well kiss the league title goodbye. Tottenham finished outside of the top four in the Premier League last season, something that Kane is not particularly pleased with, and it is one of the reasons why he made the statement some weeks ago.
