Another match day has come along
We’re all here practising our teams song
Singing the praises of what our teams done
Hoping today again that our team’s won
Another step towards another trophy
Even allowing for the bad half time coffee
We regular fans will put up with anything
Even signing Luigi to play on the wing
We heard his skills were silky and pure
Although on that we’re not quite so sure
After all it’s Luigi we’re talking about
His name from the terraces we want to shout
For doing something in a game so worthwhile
Instead of just making the away crowd just smile
So Luigi the striker hasn’t changed his ways
No matter for whichever team he plays
